mixed feelings about this stay

missed cleaning

my room was not cleaned one day, even though i didn't put out the 'do not disturb' sign (i was a little annoyed). by the time i returned at 6 pm, it was too late for housekeeping to come. the staff did not offer anything to compensate for this oversight, and they seemed rather unhelpful when i brought it up (i found this frustrating).

i arrived and got upgraded to a suite. the suite was spacious and just very nice! the bed was so comfortable! the room had everything i needed. i'm so excited i got that upgrade!

the lighting in the bathroom wasn't the best. i found it a little dim when i was trying to get ready.

the staff was very friendly and helpful i received a room upgrade as part of a birthday treat it was appreciated the room was super clean and well maintained. the housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work i found the public areas like the lobby pristine.

the room service did not leave enough tea or coffee when they brought us some it was the bare minimum

i totally loved the free upgrade i got to a junior suite it felt so luxurious. the staff really knew their stuff offering spot-on directions and even hailing a taxi for me i found that super helpful. the decor had this modern vibe that felt fresh and exciting. cleanliness was definitely a priority there too everything sparkled.

the room felt a bit cramped honestly i barely had space to move around my suitcase. the noise levels were quite high all night i could hear people coming and going through the entrance door it was a bit disruptive. i found that the room service options were only for breakfast it wasn't what i expected. the location wasn't ideal it was further from the main attractions so i needed to use transportation a lot.
